The course was well structured and the delivery pace was just right.īefore the course my skills were basic. I have been able to apply the skills obtained immediately to the work area. The trainer was very professional and very easy going which made learning easier. The trainer was professional, friendly and helpful. I've absorbed new knowledge from this training course. There was no question that the trainer couldn't answer. I was totally unaware of all the rules and regulations but am now well informed. The trainer had excellent knowledge and provided any assistance required. The trainer was extremely friendly made everyone feel comfortable and was very understanding, I had absolutely no problem approaching him with questions or queries during the course. Learnt many things you would never even think of but are very important, the course covers absolutely everything there is to know about the forklift and driving one. Equipment used was in new condition and I was happy with overall feeling.

I watched how he patently helped out one of the other students who struggled a bit with the theoretical side of things. Felt comfortable from the moment we walked in there. Our Trainer was on point with everything. If I'm going to do anymore training in my career, I will know where to go. I got through it with help from the trainers. It was a bit of a brain overload, especially Dangerous Goods, a lot of content that I've never had to use before. Within one week I attended two courses at your premises - Forklift and Dangerous Goods.
